Refund Policy

Gravity Engine and other AtticFolk Instruments software are sold as digitally delivered products with account-based installer access and license file generation.

No-refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for software purchases, including change-of-mind purchases, compatibility assumptions, or preference-based reasons after purchase.

Why this policy exists

Licenses are digitally issued and currently cannot be reliably revoked after delivery. Because of this, refunds are not a sustainable model for AtticFolk Instruments.

Try before you buy

A demo version is the recommended way to evaluate Gravity Engine before purchasing. Please test your system and workflow using the demo whenever possible.

Limited billing exceptions

We may review billing issues at our discretion, such as duplicate charges or accidental duplicate purchases of the same product/account. Contact us through Support with order details.

Consumer law

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
