Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and AtticFolk / AtticFolk Instruments for access to atticfolk.com and use of software products, including Gravity Engine.

1. License grant

When you purchase a plugin, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under these terms.

• Downloads: You may download purchased installers as needed from your account.
• Installations: A single-user purchase may be installed on multiple computers used by that same user.
• Organizations: each active user should have their own license unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or provide unauthorized copies of the software.
• You may not remove copyright notices or claim ownership of any AtticFolk Instruments software.
• You may not use the site or products for unlawful activity, abuse, or security attacks.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Pricing and sales model

Plugin purchases are one-time payments per product version/license model in effect at checkout. AtticFolk Instruments does not use subscriptions for Gravity Engine and has no plans to do so.

5. Refund policy

Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated in the Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The software, site content, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by AtticFolk / AtticFolk Instruments and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The software and website are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtticFolk / AtticFolk Instruments disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from use of the software or site.

8. Changes to terms

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the website or software after updates are posted means you accept the revised terms.
